The Flow wants to test your coordination by making you think, feel and move all at once.
With influences ranging from Blues, Jazz, and R&B of the 70’s through today, this Bay Area-based band merges sophisticated composition and arrangements with groove-filled performances that will engage the mind while moving the booty!

“In The Flow”
The Flow’s debut EP features six original songs composed and performed by the band. Drawing inspiration dating back to classic funk, R&B, soul and jazz grooves from the 70’s all the way up to contemporary instrumental compositions, the collection showcases the instrumental and vocal reach and range of the ensemble.
