The Flow is a collection of Bay Area musicians that have been on and around the scene for years working with a variety of local artists and projects. The band brings new and creative music to the Bay and beyond that speaks to us, and that we hope speaks to you as well.

Coming from traditions of soul, jazz, funk, blues and R&B, with a little bit of rock for good measure, and playing live instruments, there’s no denying a strong old-school vibe to the ensemble. But rather than looking backwards, the band members embrace their roots while setting out to create and perform new material - both vocal and instrumental - that we hope will catch your ear and move your feet. And don't worry if you're in a mood to lean back and chill, because you'll find Flow cuts that will take you there as well.
